这个应急包比较全，但是种类和数量并不十分恰当，完全可以自己配。

另外绝对不要忘了备用眼镜，学会基本灭火方法和如何切断水煤电

绳子很有用，鞋子应该能防雨，冷天要多带袜子，食品和饮水按照3天正常量，可以撑
10天。

需要一把小铁锹，掩埋大小便。

Antiseptics, Medications:

5 Triple antibiotic ointment packs
4 First aid cream packs
10 Ibuprofen tablets, 5 two-packs
10 Extra-strength non-aspirin tablets, 5 two-packs
2 Chewable aspirin tablets, 81 mg., 1 two-pack

药品的原则是常用药（退烧止痛，腹泻，国人可以搞抗生素）1-2周，特殊药4-12周，
按人配备，因为很可能所有人同时腹泻发烧。

6 Castile soap towelettes
3 Insect sting relief pads
22 Alcohol cleansing pads
15 Antiseptic cleansing wipes (sting free)

消毒用品越多越好，以上各增加3倍，因为缺乏消毒器材而导致的感染，不仅增加伤死
率，也极大增加伤员痛苦。

1 Sunscreen lotion, SPF 30
白人不耐晒，华人不是必备品

4 Hand sanitizer packs, .9 g each
2 Germicidal wipes (kills germs)
各加10倍或用大包装

需要驱蚊剂和杀虫剂，灾后容易滋长蚊蝇
