i found a good way of using MS-Word.
after i download your revised report you sent to me,
first time i printed it and corrected my original paper.
later i found i can open myFile then SaveAs to yourFile,
it will ask me whether I like to "Merge changes into existing file". if yes.
I see all changes you made on my paper. Good tool
